Born and raised in California’s Central Valley, Shelly is proud to now be raising her own family in the same vibrant community. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry—10 of which have been in the beauty and aesthetics space—she brings a deep passion for service, connection, and client care to her role at Tailored Aesthetics.

As our Guest Service Specialist, Shelly is often the first warm smile patients see and the comforting presence that guides them throughout their experience. Her dedication to delivering concierge-level service ensures every guest feels genuinely heard, cared for, and supported from start to finish.

Outside of the clinic, Shelly leads an active and fulfilling life—playing competitive tennis with a local league, cheering on her kids at their many activities, and traveling whenever possible. She finds great joy in building meaningful relationships with patients and being a part of their journey to feeling confident, refreshed, and radiant.
