Appointment Policy

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. Although we aim to complete your entire session within the allotted time, tardiness of more than 10 minutes could result in rescheduling. For detailed information on fees, please consult our cancellation policy.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

Cancellation Policy :

As a courtesy to our customers at Tailored Aesthetics Medical Spa, please provide a minimum of 3 business days (Monday-Friday) notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged $150.00 per company policy if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 3 business days in advance. Business days are Monday – Friday 9am to 5 pm. (This also applies if you are 10 minutes late for your appointment. NO exceptions. Social media, emails, and texts are not accepted as a form of communication. NO direct messaging regarding moving or canceling upcoming appointments, this is NOT an acceptable form of communicating regarding appointments.

No Show Policy:

A fee of $250 is charged if you are a no show to your appointment, or if you are unaware of the policies in place for skin consultations. Please make changes using your patient portal or by CALLING the office and leaving a voicemail. 209-614-2360 Additionally, replies to the reminder notifications you receive are sent to a “do not reply” number as stated on the notification and will not be received. If the card on file is unable to be processed for this fee you will receive an invoice for the $250.00 fee. Thank you for your cooperation. 

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.

Retail: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.

No refund or transfer of funds/credits for gift cards OR prepaid services.

Shipping Policy

We offer free domestic shipping orders of $200 and over. All domestic orders under $200 ship for a flat rate of $13. All orders are shipped as quickly as possible and may take 5-7 business days after receipt of shipping confirmation. We are not held responsible for lost or damaged packages. Children Policy

Here at Tailored Aesthetics, we love babies and children, however, we ask that you please make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for all clients.

Pet Policy

Although we love animals, we ask that you please leave your pet at home during your visit to Tailored Aesthetics. Should you arrive to an appointment with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our healthcare facility. To avoid any disruption or inconvenience, we ask that you please leave your pet at home.
